For your admission, you will enjoy these three appetizers, expertly paired with wines from Vegas Valley Winery:

  • Waldorf Chicken Salad - diced chicken breast, apple, grapes and walnuts in a light citrus dressing

  • Shrimp and Chorizo Vol-au-Vent - creamy shrimp and chorizo, cradled in flaky puff pastry

  • Pumpkin Chai Panna Cotta - pumpkin-infused "cooked cream," spiced with Distilled Chai, garnished with stroopwafel
