Alicia Shevetone is a pop-up chef, cookbook author, and creator of Dink Cuisine. Raised in family of culinary entrepreneurs, Shevetone is heavily influenced by her French and Northern Italian heritage. She has been described as one of the city's most noteworthy and creative culinary minds.

French trained Executive Chef, Christophe Mihy, has over twenty years combined experience as a chef around the world. His extensive background as an Executive Chef in Four and Five-Star hotels took him to the Caribbean, Mauritius Island and France, which then led him to the U.S. Chef Christophe had a long career in Las Vegas, where he was well known first as the Executive Chef at the acclaimed Five-Star, Four Diamond Le Montrachet and later his award-winning Envy the Steakhouse at the Renaissance Hotel. Christophe is dedicated to fresh, locally sourced elements for his original cooking style.

Guest sommelier, Joe Muscaglione, is the co-founder and managing partner of Sea Fresh and Shanghai Taste.

• Pasta Primavera al Mezzojusara - mezzi rigatoni with spring onion, sun dried tomato paste, fresh peas and Pecorino Siciliano

• Tuscan Peppered Short Rib - liberally peppered short rib, slowly braised in red wine with rosemary and sage; creamy Parmesan orzo with thyme and sautéed shallots
