For your $40 admission, you will enjoy these three courses, expertly paired with wines from Vegas Valley Winery:

  • Puttanesca Palmiers: Kalamata olives, capers, tomato and grated Parmesan wrapped in puff pastry

  • Pomodoro Knots: Chef Alicia's signature Pomodoro spice blend on buttery pizza dough

  • Tuscan Butter Mushrooms: Cherry tomatoes, baby bella mushrooms and fresh spinach in a Parmesan cream sauce
