Sea Fresh presents a 4-course Italian tasting dinner, featuring Chef Alicia Shevetone and guest chef, James Muscaglione. Join us for a sommelier-guided pairing experience, which includes a selection of complementary wine generously donated by The Camagna Family.
Our menu will take you from the heart of Sicily, through the Tuscan countryside, to the Alpine region of Piedmont:
• Eggplant Busambra - fried eggplant "mountain" with ricotta, tomato and mozzarella
• Pasta Primavera al Mezzojusara - mezzi rigatoni with spring onion, sun dried tomato paste, fresh peas and Pecorino Siciliano
• Tuscan Peppered Short Rib - liberally peppered short rib, slowly braised in red wine with rosemary and sage; creamy Parmesan orzo with thyme and sautéed shallots
• Panna Cotta Vin Santo - sweetened “cooked cream,” topped with apricots glazed in Vin Santo marmalade and crumbled cantucci
