For your $40 admission, each guest will enjoy these three courses, expertly paired with wines from Vegas Valley Winery:
• Crab-Stuffed Tomatoes – Juicy tomatoes filled with fresh crab, chives, and cream cheese
• Chicken Marsala Meatballs – Tender chicken meatballs enveloped in luscious gravy made with mushrooms and a reduction of Marsala
• Cannoli Tiramisu – Sweet ricotta, Luxardo cherries, chocolate, and pistachios
