For your admission, you will enjoy these three courses, expertly paired with wines from Vegas Valley Winery:

  • Stone fruit and Boursin wrapped in prosciutto, over arugula, with hot honey drizzle 

  • Fleur Cordon Bleu - thinly sliced chicken, Black Forest ham and Swiss cheese with Dijon mascarpone, baked in a rose of puff pastry 

  • Chai Bread Pudding - buttery, spiced bread pudding with pecans and caramel sauce
