Chef's Trio - Limoncello Pepper brie on dried apricot with rosemary, pecan, and dried cranberry crumble; spiced blue cheese stuffed olives; mixed nuts
Crab Louie - the King of Salads, prepared with lump crab in a tangy, bright dressing over delicate lettuce; sliced lemon; radish; tomatoes
Chicken Florentine Lasagna - ground chicken, mozzarella, and spinach baked in a velvety cream sauce
