For your admission, you will enjoy these four appetizers, expertly paired with wines from Vegas Valley Winery:

  • Chef's Trio - Limoncello Pepper brie on dried apricot with rosemary, pecan, and dried cranberry crumble; spiced blue cheese stuffed olives; mixed nuts

  • Crab Louie - the King of Salads, prepared with lump crab in a tangy, bright dressing over delicate lettuce; sliced lemon; radish; tomatoes

  • Chicken Florentine Lasagna - ground chicken, mozzarella, and spinach baked in a velvety cream sauce

  • Mandarin Tea Cake - light and airy orange cake drizzled with a decadent mandarin orange glaze
