21 Affogato

 

A sinfully delicious spin on the classic caffeinated Italian dessert!

Ingredients

2 scoops No Churn Almond Espresso Ice Cream, by Dink Cuisine

2 tablespoons espresso liqueur

1/4 cup espresso or strong coffee

Grated chocolate, for garnish

Slice almonds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place a scoop of ice cream in a martini glass.

  2. Combine espresso liqueur and coffee. Pour half of the mixture over the ice cream.

  3. Garnish with grated chocolate and slice almonds.

  4. Repeat to prepare the second serving.
