Agave Brussel Salad
Raw, crunchy, sweet, and delicious. This salad doesn't need protein to shine!
Ingredients
1 bag/12 ounces of shaved Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup sliced almonds
3 tablespoons agave syrup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Toss brussels sprouts, cranberries, and almonds.
To make the dressing, combine 2 tablespoons agave syrup with the mustard, mayonnaise, and salt.
Pour dressing over salad, toss, and drizzle remaining agave syrup over the top.
