Bagna Cauda
A Northern Italian sauce to pair with crudités, bread, or right off the spoon.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
1 clove minced garlic (or garlic paste)
1-2 tablespoons anchovy paste
1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
Melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and anchovy paste and gently stir until the anchovy paste disintegrates. Add sour cream and stir until fully combined.
