Bite-sized, grilled bratwursts, served with a beer-based, mustardy gravy. Oh, and chives - for health reasons!

1 12-ounce beer
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon cornstarch
5 grilled bratwursts
2 tablespoons chopped chives
Instructions
Add the beer and brown sugar to a small pot over medium high heat.
Once boiling, reduce to medium low to simmer for 15 minutes.
Add mustrard and whisk until smooth.
Combine the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and add it to the beer mixture.
Bring the beer mixture to a boil and cook, whisking constantly, until sauce is thick (about 1 minute).
Slice the brats and transfer to a serving platter.
Garnish sliced brats with chives and serve with beer gravy.
