Crispy Pistachio Treats
Rice Krispies Treats are all grown up in this exquisite white choculate and pistachio cream.
Ingredients
3 1/2 ounces white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons pistachio cream
3/4 ounce rice crispies
1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
Instructions
Melt white chocolate in the microwave, pausing every 20-30 seconds to stir until completely melted.
Add pistachio cream to the white chocolate and stir to combine. Gently fold in rice crispies and stir until fully coated.
Divide mixture equally into 6 wells of a silicone mini muffin pan. Sprinkle the tops with a pinch of chopped pistachios.
Refrigerate for 1 hours and unmold.
