Easter Strata
Easter ham... Easter eggs.... Easter Strata!
Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
3 ounces cubed bread
3 large eggs, beaten
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 ounces shredded Italian cheese blend
2 ounces diced ham
1 tablespoon minced shallot
2 ounces pimentos
1 tablespoon minced chives
Instructions
Apply a thin layer of nonstick cooking spray to a loaf pan. Transfer bread to the pan, ensuring it's distributed in an even layer.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, and garlic powder.
Add cheese, ham, shallots, and pimentos.
Pour the egg mixture over the top of the bread. Gently toss to combine. Cover and chill for one hour.
Preheat oven to 350F and bake, uncovered, for 45-55 minutes, until the top is golden-brown and eggs are set. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chives.
