Hammy Jalapeño Poppers

 

You know what most jalapeño poppers are missing? HAM. Give us a problem, yo we'll solve it!

Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 ounces finely diced ham

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

6 jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded

Instructions

  1. Line the air fryer basket with parchment and apply a thin coat of nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Combine cream cheese, ham, garlic salt, 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon cilantro.

  3. Fill the jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.

  4. Combine remaining bread crumbs and cilantro and gently press the mixture over the tops of the stuffed jalapeños.

  5. Transfer stuffed jalapeños to the prepared basket and cook at 370F for 20 minutes, until the bread crumbs are golden and the peppers are fully cooked.
