Madeline’s Marinade

A spectacular marinade for vegetables, affordable cuts of beef, and even pork.

Ingredients

2 cloves of crushed garlic

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and marinate for at least an hour to achieve maximum flavor and tenderness.
