Caesar Dip

 

If you feel like lettuce gets in between you and a killer Caesar experience, this appetizer is for you.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon anchovy paste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire

3 teaspoons garlic paste

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan

1 teaspoon black pepper

Romaine hearts

Crostini

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, anchovy paste, Worcestershire, garlic paste, lemon zest, lemon juice, 1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

  2. Place crostini on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle remaining Parmesan. Broil the crostini 2-3 minutes to melt the Parmesan.

  3. Sprinkle remaining black pepper over the romaine and the dip and serve with Parmesan crostini.
