Creole Shrimp Burger
Pork rind crumbs are our secret ingredient to this flavorful shrimp patty - let the good times roll!
Ingredients
12 ounces raw shrimp, drained
1 large egg
2 tablespoons sriracha mayonnaise
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
1/2 white onion, diced
1/2 cup pork rind crumbs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients except vegetable oil to a food processor and pulse lightly until combined.
Form into 4 patties. For extra crunch, sprinkle some pork rind crumbs on both sides of each patty.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat (2-3 minutes). Add shrimp patties and cook until golden and crisp, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Drain on a wire rack to cool slightly before serving.
