The popular Canadian appetizer, revamped with Impossible Burger Meat.

Ingredients

2 cups leftover fries

1 cup gravy

1 package Impossible Burger

1 tablespoon garlic paste

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat up a waffle iron and line cold fries evenly across the bottom hot plate. Close the lid and cook for about 4-5 minutes.

  2. Heat a skillet over Medium and add Impossible Burger “meat”. Add garlic and mustard, and brown until fully cooked, about 5 minutes.

  3. Warm your gravy in a small pot over Medium Low and add about 1/2 cup of the Impossible mixture. If it’s too thick, thin it out with a couple tablespoons of vegetable or chicken stock.

  4. Unplug waffle iron and carefully move your hot waffle fries onto a plate. Pour the gravy over your fries and sprinkle crumbled feta over the top. Garnish with chopped Italian parsley.
