Pomodoro Knots
The garlic knots at your favorite pizza joint just got a ma-HA-jor upgrade with Chef Alicia's vodka infused Italian tomato spice blend. It's called Pomodoro. And it will change your life.
Ingredients
8 ounces store-bought pizza dough
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Distilled Pomodoro blend (or Italian seasoning)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F.
Place dough on a floured surface.
Knead the dough to make it more elastic and cut it into eight equal pieces.
Roll each piece of dough into a rope, about 4 inches. Twist each rope into a simple knot and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Combine the melted butter, olive oil, and Distilled Pomodoro. Brush each knot with the mixture and bake for 13 minutes.
To serve, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
