Pomodoro Knots

The garlic knots at your favorite pizza joint just got a ma-HA-jor upgrade with Chef Alicia's vodka infused Italian tomato spice blend. It's called Pomodoro. And it will change your life.

Ingredients

8 ounces store-bought pizza dough

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Distilled Pomodoro blend (or Italian seasoning)

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.

  2. Place dough on a floured surface.

  3. Knead the dough to make it more elastic and cut it into eight equal pieces.

  4. Roll each piece of dough into a rope, about 4 inches. Twist each rope into a simple knot and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  5. Combine the melted butter, olive oil, and Distilled Pomodoro. Brush each knot with the mixture and bake for 13 minutes.

  6. To serve, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
