Strawberry Crostata
This rustic strawberry pie will delight anyone you choose to impress.
Ingredients
1 store-bought, raw/thawed pie crust
10 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat over to 400F and place a piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil on a sheet pan. Place raw pie crust on the parchment or foil.
Combine strawberries, agave syrup, coconut sugar, and lemon juice and place in the middle of your crust. Turn the dough inward to form a simple border around the edge.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle lemon zest on crostata and serve warm.
