Big Kit Beans

 

I'm Kitty. These flavors are 100% bogarted from a Big Mac. And white beans instead of buns. Big Kit Beans!

Ingredients

1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

8 ounces ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic salt

One 15-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

4 ounces shredded American cheese

1/4 cup onion, minced

4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing

Dill pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Once shimmering, add ground beef and garlic salt.

  2. Brown the ground beef and remove as much excess grease as possible.

  3. Add the beans, ketchup, mustard and two tablespoons of water.

  4. Mix well and simmer for 3 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and cover the skillet for 1 minute to melt the cheese.

  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle the top with the onions.

  7. Dress the lettuce with Thousand Island.
