Boniet Egg Loaf
The popular keto egg dish, flavored with Italian boniet. Perfect for brunch!
Ingredients
8 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 large eggs
3 tablespoons boniet
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
Coat an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and pour in the egg mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until egg is set.
