Honey Brussels Salad

A healthy and light salad that everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients

1 bag/12 ounces of shaved brussels sprouts

1/4 cup low sugar dried cranberries

8 ounces of Canadian bacon, sliced in strips

1 apple, diced

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons of your favorite mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Toss brussels sprouts, cranberries, Canadian bacon, apple, and pepper.

  2. To make the dressing, combine honey, mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise, and salt. Pour dressing over salad, toss, and enjoy!
