Italian BBQ Cutlets
Balsamic vinegar, charred lemon slices, and rosemary sprigs: tripletta italiana!
Ingredients
4 chicken cutlets
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
4 lemon slices
Instructions
Combine olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper and marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
Grill chicken (about 10 minutes, depending on thickness) and lemon slices (about 1-2 minutes each side, depending on thickness).
Remove cutlets from the grill and place each cutlet on a fresh rosemary sprig.
Place a charred lemon slice over each cutlet and allow chicken to rest for 15 minutes before eating.
