Donut Pudding
Bread pudding was just upgraded to Business Class!
Ingredients
4 stale donuts, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cups half and half
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon orange zest
Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Place half and half in a bowl and whisk in eggs, sugar, and zest.
Add the donut cubes to the half and half mixture and press them down with a spoon until most of the half and half is absorbed.
Apply a light layer of cooking spray to a loaf pan and fill it with your donut mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the liquid has set.
