Manhattan BBQ Flank Steak

 

Quite simply the best flank steak you will EVER eat, featuring Chef Alicia's signature Manhattan BBQ blend from Distilled Spices!

Ingredients

4 tablespoons Distilled Manhattan BBQ

1 pound flank steak

Instructions

  1. Combine all the spices and liberally coat both sides of the spice blend.

  2. Grill steak on high heat 3-4 minutes per side.

  3. Allow steak to rest for at least 10 minutes and slice against the grain into thin strips.
