Mojito Fudge

 

Quite possibly the most decadent confection this girl has EVER made... A must try!

Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)

2 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons Distilled Mojito

1 teaspoon minced fresh mint

1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Combine white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and Distilled Mojito in a pot over medium heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth, 3-5 minutes. Pour the chocolate into the parchment-lined pan and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle fresh mint and lime zest over the top and refrigerate until fudge is completely firm, about 3 hours.

  3. Cut into squares and serve.
