Limoncello Pepper Pinzimonio

 

A classic Italian raw sauce to enjoy with bread and crudités, featuring Distilled Limoncello Pepper, one of Chef Alicia's signature spice blends.

Ingredients

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon Distilled Limoncello Pepper 

Assorted raw vegetables, such as radicchio, carrots, radishes, tomatoes, and endive, for dipping 

Large cubes of bread, for dipping 

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, salt, Distilled Limoncello Pepper; set aside for 5 minutes to allow he flavors to combine.

  2. Serve Limoncello Pepper Pinzimonio in a small bowl on a platter with the vegetables and bread.
