Bánh Mì-tballs
Everything we love about the famous Vietnamese sandwich - sans bread!
Ingredients
1 teaspoon sriracha
3 tablespoons mayonaise
1 pound ground pork
1 egg
1/3 cup grated carrot
2 teaspoons garlic paste
1 teaspoon minced jalapeño
3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine mayonnaise and sriracha; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and form 16 meatballs.
Transfer meatballs to parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until internal temperature reached 165F.
Serve with a drizzle of sriracha mayonnaise.
