Bánh Mì-tballs

 

Everything we love about the famous Vietnamese sandwich - sans bread!

Ingredients

1 teaspoon sriracha

3 tablespoons mayonaise

1 pound ground pork

1 egg

1/3 cup grated carrot

2 teaspoons garlic paste

1 teaspoon minced jalapeño

3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Combine mayonnaise and sriracha; set aside.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients and form 16 meatballs.

  4. Transfer meatballs to parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until internal temperature reached 165F.

  5. Serve with a drizzle of sriracha mayonnaise.
