Shevetone Meatballs
No garlic. No veal. No pork. You got a problem?
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
1 egg , beaten
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped
Instructions
Roll into 12 meatballs.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet and roast at 350F for 25 minutes.
